Vogue Tires Fail And Vogue Fails To Live Up To Warranty

Custom car enthusiasts spend significant sums on parts and accessories to dress up their vehicles. One such product, Vogue tires, are popular with these consumers because they have a nostalgic "whitewall" and a unique, rich looking gold stripe around the tire. These tires are available as a custom, after-market purchase and also come equipped on certain high end cars in the Cadillac line, among others. When sold separately, these tires cost $300-400 per tire. However reportedly these tires often are not lasting as long as this substantial price would warrant. Many consumers of Vogue tires have reported serious problems and premature tire failures.

Specifically, owners have reported more than normal incidences of bulging, cracking sidewalls, tread separation, vibration and poor handling even after multiple balancings, as well as dangerous blowouts at high speeds. These problems seem to arise long before the normal tire life expectancy. Among the consumers making these reports, there has emerged a disturbing pattern to the complaints that the Vogue Tyre and Rubber Company does not acknowledge that there is a problem; and that when faced with claims for replacement, the company fails to live up to the promises in its limited warranty.

If you have had what you believe to be defective Vogue tires, and especially if you have had difficulties dealing with Vogue regarding a warranty claim, please contact us to discuss your legal options.

I purchased a new audi allroad in 04. About 3 years ago the paint starting showing signs of what looks like tape marks under the paint. Now it is every where and more noticable on the car. I went into the Audi dealership from which I purchased. They are willing to give me 25% off a repaint. These tape markings are under the paint. Have you heard of anything like this before?

Had 10-15k on tires. 3, years old . Side wall blew out like a balloon . Tread wear was like they had 40-50k on it. They wanted 178$ for a replacement. Crazy . So now I’m just going to buy other tires. Sad.
